Worst moving experience imaginable. We hired them to move our office just a few miles down the road to a new building. They first headed down to us and didn't have their moving supplies (we paid them to pack as well as move), so they had to turn around and then come back. By the time they got to us, they were a couple of hours late. The crew did work hard, but apparently they were sloppy, because they severely damaged several desks, and completely ruined our $2,500 conference table with huge gashes in the top, and drilled through the top of the table!

This is possibly the worst moving company in existence! I called them Tuesday to ask about a possible hot tub move on Wednesday. I was quoted $166 per hour. They also said they thought they could do it in a 2 hour span. I was given the estimate of the 2 hours plus 1 hour travel time. So, this should put me at $498 without tip. The day before the move I was given a 1-5pm time frame. I confirmed that with the hot tub sellers. I was woken up the morning of the move at 8:30 saying that the drivers were on the way to the gas station and to the house of pickup. Alarming because I was buying the hot tub from someone and they weren't aware of the early pickup. Plus, I had to drive an hour to pay for it before it was available for pickup. Unfortunately the seller had to go to an oncologist appointment and was unable to meet at the earlier time. Luckily, they were in remission and could do it around 11 instead of 1-5 because their appointment was way less time than normal. After driving an hour to meet them, they were completely unprepared for the move, even though the dimensions were given to them ahead of time. It took them 2 hours to load it(at $209 an hour after a discount rate from them previously quoting me wrong) which wasn't that big of a deal. Then we had an hour drive home. Totally fine. Here's where it gets dicey. They knew they weren't equipped to handle the move from the truck to the back yard based on them knowing what they just had to do to load it on the truck. They asked if they had to move it through grass and I said yes they did. Unfortunately during that time they did not get the right equipment to my house to move the hot tub. They basically had small furniture dollies and small hand trucks. After standing in my driveway for almost 2 hours (still at $209 an hour) they determined that they couldn't do it and needed an extra crew or a palette jack. At no point while they were twiddling their thumbs in my driveway did they discuss this with me. Instead they just let their clock keep ticking and adding more expense to my move. After talking to their direct manager, he acted as though I was the one at fault for them not having the correct equipment. Keep in mind, him arguing with me on the phone cost me more money. So, I finally got someone on the phone that said I was not the reason the move was costing as much as they were charging. He said they were technically off the clock at 6, but all the work would still be completed due to their error. Plus, I could get in touch with him the next day and the owner would look at doing some price adjustments. Mainly because I gave all the info I knew, his employees quoted the work without asking specifics. Then after the guys get halfway done the price went up from roughly $600 job to costing me $1700 while the hot tub was still sitting in my front yard. So, while I'm trying to figure out how this can get done without costing me even more of a fortune, the manager tells the guys to put it back on the truck. So, a good hour and a half of what I'm already paying for is thrown away because I'm trying to figure out the price. I was incredibly frustrated because the more they sit around doing nothing, my bill is going up. Also, the more I try to figure out how to get them to do work, my price is going up. So, in the meantime of trying to get this figured out in a cost effective manner, John had cancelled the backup crew and held up getting a palette jack at my house to finish the job. They job that I was quoted so many hundreds of dollars less for, he is dickering over a few bucks on his cost while my cost keeps sky rocketing. I finally got to the point where I was bawling my eyes out. I would highly advise against anyone ever using this company. They completely ripped me off and never felt bad about it. They didn't even bring a pen to sign their own paperwork, a knife to cut off their own packaging nor did they bring a single bit of common sense. I would work the next 50 years of my life just to be able to pay a million dollars to go back in time to never dial their number!

NEVER use this company. Not if you value your furniture.

The moving crew made it sound like it wouldn't be a big deal, we could just submit a claim and get reimbursed. Well, turns out that they completely exempt any claims on pressboard furniture, so two desks they ruined were just gone, no reimbursement. And the expensive conference table that was purchased just a few years ago and in mint condition before they ruined it? They gave us $120. They said it was "depreciated" and they weren't liable for more than that, even though it was in perfect condition prior to their incompetence.
